Sakit kat pundi kencing masa baby gerak tu boleh jadi pressure from the baby's position, tapi dengan contractions yang dah mula (yang you rasa lain sikit compared to first two pregnancies), definitely bagus la you track bila contractions tu consistent and how far apart, itu yang paling reliable sign untuk actually bersalin. A few of my mum friends said their third pregnancy labour signs came on so different from the first two, so your gut feeling tu valid! Best la you contact your doctor or go to labour ward for a checkup to make sure everything's on track, especially since you're at 38+ weeks already, they can assess properly and give you peace of mind.
