Safe to have sex during implantation window?

My husband has high sex drive and wanting to have sex every 2-3 days. Recently we are ttc and currently should be the implantation stage, which is few days before my next cycle starts. These few days I'm feeling super lethargic and having slight cramps. So not sure if those are symptoms for pregnancy or menses. Is it safe to have sex this time?
