Ay, ang newborn stage is such a special time! Honestly, simple lang talaga, tummy time kahit konti lang (even 2-3 minutes), talking to them habang diaper change, letting them hear your voice, at skin-to-skin cuddles na best talaga for bonding. A few of us tried playing soft music or letting them watch shadows on the wall, at nakikita mo talaga how their eyes follow, it's amazing! The key is wala nang pressure, basta presence mo and gentle stimulation lang. Enjoy this phase kasi napakabilis lumaki!
