Baby acne and rashes

Ay, baby acne and rashes are SO common, mama, happened sa lahat ng babies namin! Usually it clears up on its own in a few weeks, but if it's spreading or looking angry red, best to check with your pedia para sure it's not something else like heat rash or eczema. A few of us just keep the area clean and dry, at we avoid heavy creams unless the doctor says okay.
