Anak, malungay talaga is a game-changer for milk supply, a few of us tried M2 Malungay Concentrate at napakadali lang ihalo sa Milo or kahit sa plain water, at parang tea lang ang lasa so hindi ka mahihirapan mag-consistency. Ang ganda nito kaya 3-4 tablespoons lang per drink at flexible kung saan mo gusto ilagay, so pwede mo i-customize based sa gusto mo ng lasa (some of my mum friends mix it sa fresh milk para mas masarap). Been hearing lots of good feedback from our mommy groups about it kaya siguro worth trying especially if kailangan mo ng boost sa production!
