How you sterilize your pump parts and storage bottle? Im using spectra m1 and Autumnz storage bottle, can all put in the steamer to sterilize? Because some saying that storage bottle cannot put in the steamer because temperature too high

I sterilise my autumnz storage bottles. for pump parts ( im using spectra S1 & 9+), i sterilise everything except tube, backflow protector & spectra valve. i just changed to medela valve, i sterilise it without the membrane most of the time.
