How to prevent toddlers scratching their eyes while they're sleepy?

Good question. I rub my eyes when iam sleepy too, naturally my LO follows suit. I would think isnt that a natural thing to do? Sorry if im wrong. As long as its not excessive i wouldnt worry too much about it. Cheers
