How often do you pump at work and how do you store milk and pump parts (can't sterilise at work..)Thanks!
I pump 3hourly. I store my milk at fridge and just wash the pump part with hot water
2x a day.. nakikiref ako sa boss ko for the pump milk and pump parts as well..
If your workplace has a microwave, you may get the microwave steam sterilizer
Pump during lunch and store milk and parts in containers in the fridge.
2 to 3 times I used a sterilizing tablet and rinse it with hot water.

Pump twice at work. Store pump parts in ziplock and milk in fridge.
once to twice. sometimes it gets so busy, the pump session drags :(
Still not using a pump, maybe before i work i'll gonna buy one.
1 to 2 times. no particular timing as i have a lot of meetings.
