How often do you pump at work and how do you store milk and pump parts (can't sterilise at work..)Thanks!
twice a day, dala lang ng dalawang pump, electric pump sa lunch break, manual pump sa coffee break 😊

I pump twice in office..i store my pump parts in ziplock and fridge and reuse for 2nd time pumping
Is it really ok not to wash the pump parts every after pumping session? Just going to refrigerate it?
Twice. Lunch time and coffee break. May dala lang na insulated bag with 2 ice packs sa loob.
4 times a day with 2 hours interval. I just put it in ziplock then keep it in freezer 😊
3x a day. Rinse with water, dry with lampin and store inside vcool bag.
You can keep ur pump parts in a ziplock bag and keep them in the fridge.
Im doing this too coz when stored in fridge, the leftover milk from pump will not spoil
