Pain after natural delivery

How do you mummies manage your pain below after natural delivery? Even after taking pain killers, I have difficulty walking, sitting, sleeping even with changing positions. Do you all face the same issues too?

Mine was c section few days ago but I still having problems with pain too. Body itchy after epidural, very gassy, still very heavy painful stomach and can't sleep well. Walking still like waddling. Legs still wide open. Heard Prune juice can help with bowel movement. Do you waddle still. My tummy is still looking big. Did doc give u 3 kinds painkiller. Can take them
