How much is your yaya's salary?

I don't have a yaya by choice, but based on what I hear from my mommy friends who have yaya for their kids, starting rate is at 3,500 for stay in here in Manila, and 3,000 for provincial rate. After 6-12 months, they give increase + SSS based on performance din.
