Agree with Diana. Unlike chicken pox, HFMD is a contagious virus which can be caught multiple times. Thus, and younger children are much prone to getting them easily as compared to adult. Practice safe hygiene habits with your child everywhere you go, and if *touch wood* your child is sick, please also practise social responsibility and not bring your child to the childcare, playgrounds or anywhere that has children.
