Missed period!

I have learned to trust what my body is telling me , i remember that month on sept i had light spotting that lasted only for 1 day then during that same month a few weeks after i had my period that lasted for 5 days straight . just a few days ago , i was late for 7 days feeling sick tender breasts , cramping , back pains the symptoms were also like having PMS and i knew something was up so fast forward .. last two days i did a test and results came back positive!
