The toddler years can completely wreck your sleep schedule and it is so exhausting. What helped me was trying to sleep when my girl napped in the afternoon, even just a 20-minute rest made a difference, and I stopped trying to use that time to do housework. It also helped when my husband and I took turns doing the night wakings so at least one of us got a longer stretch, leh. Be kind to yourself during this season because it genuinely does get easier as they get older.
