How's luneta nowadays? Is it still a good tourist place to visit?

We attended a birthday party at Jollibee luneta a month ago. We were also able to visit rizal park. It's still clean and plenty of tourists especially Koreans. But torre de manila condo is really an eye sore.

For someone like me who lives outside Metro Manila, my answer is definitely YES!
