Depends on bump due to hard or soft knocks? Do pls watch out for signs of fever, rash, vomit, sleepiness, tendency to be inactive - seek immediate medical treatment if any.
The rule of thumb with injuries is that they should always be getting better. If the injury is not healing or getting worse you need to see a medical professional.
