Swapping to fresh milk

I only intro fresh milk to my girl at about 3, that time we just went to buy fresh milk then warm it up for her, of cos u can give the those fresh milk when the bb is 1yrs old n above, u can start going to supermarket, go read up the ingredients list, if the fresh milk only have 1 ingredients (which is fresh milk), this type of milk is the best :) hope it helps

just replace for one feed for a start. many good brands like farmhouse and meiji. do note differences between brands that have pure cow’s milk vs milk substances (eg HL milk). best to give pure cow’s milk.
