How to increase milk supply

Unlimited latching and consistent pumping is the key 🙂 In my case I eat oatmeal in the morning as my everyday maintenance to my supply. I also eat boiled peanuts, as snack. It really helps increases my milk supply. My normal output when pumping is 4oz only, but when I eat the nuts, it increases up to 6oz. 🙂

Well in India we try dry fruits. Lamb leg soups, Methi laddoo(made of fenugreek seed powder and dry fruits. U can see the videos on youtube. More of green vegetables made soupy.
