Breastfeeding is all about demand and supply. Latch on demand is the best else pump every 3 hourly. If really 1 2 boost supply, power pump.

Eat more protein such as nuts. You can consume Pea Protein too to increase you breast milk. Protein is Milk booster.

pump and keep on create demand do power pumping ..drink hot water before pump and during pump..eat any of orange color fruit.

Different mummies have different milk boosters. Most importantly, must make sure you are well hydrated!

Keep latching/ pump frequently. Take milk booster eg. avocados, oat milk, milo, plenty of water, fish

My baby doesn't latch often too. U can do power pump :)

Yuo can try to take mega-malunggay supplements .. eat soups with malunggay or lactation cookies..

Let baby latch more and frequent. or try to drink some milk or even trt papaya soup with fish .

Drink more fluids, get enough rest. Eat oats, salmon, papaya soup. Try fennel, fenugreek.
