How do I make my 1 month plus baby to sleep right after his feeding through the night, instead of having him awake for long hours within 2-7am (depends) although I’ve tried helping him back to sleep after each feeding and not being interactive as much.
What am I doing wrong in the day that he is super duper awake at night (not fussy though).
Should I set a sleep routine or something for the baby? More playtime in the day? HALP 🥲
