How do I convince people around me to help me battling the syndrome (esp. my husband and in-laws)?

Education goes a long way...maybe get them to check out postpartum.net and perhaps they will take it more seriously. Or else they can watch this episode 😅 it's so important that you are able to seek support from your loved ones so don't give up
