How you handle your GDM mommies? Any suggestions ng mga na experience ninyo? Thank you

1 cup rice tapos kung sinabawan ang ulam banatan mo ang sabaw nakakatulong siya magpababa ng sugar . kapag dry naman like prito ihaw na karne. kalamansi juice patner ko naman. malakas din mag pababa ng sugar . nagstart ako mag check 3 months na yumg tummy ko hanggang ngaun na 7 months na .
I got to control po my sugar by eating lettuce before my meal. Lettuce, then ulam (can be meat) lots of vegetables then last yun brown rice. Eat din po small portion of snacks, in between meals. Hope it will work on you too.
6x a day ako nag checheck ng sugar. And normal naman always. Proper diet lang po talaga. 1 cup rice lang minsan half rice lang sa tanghali at gabi hehe. Less sweets.
GDM since first trimester here. Sakin po nag try muna mag diet kaso di kinaya. Been injecting insulin 4x a day mula po nung frist trimester.
