Hi! First us you should never be alone. Pregnancy is a tough time so kailangan ng strong support system. Anytime you are feeling down, vent out. Be it to your partner, your family members, your friends. Wag na wag mo iipunin sama ng loob. Second is find a hobby to divert your attention. Watch your favorite movies, favorite tv shows. Listen to your favorite songs. Third is make sure you eat and sleep well. One cause ng stress is being food or sleep deprived. Eat when you are hungry, sleep when you are sleepy. Make sure lang you are eating healthy foods and be aware of safe foods to eat when pregnant. Last is avoid the people who brings out the stress in you. If you figured that talking or being with a certain person causes your stress, it's best to distance yourself from them. Avoid the triggers.
