80% diet, 20% workout
Firstly, there is no such thing as spot reduce, u have to lose overall fat - so that means some cardiovascular workout. Running, swimming, skipping, HIIT workouts ( 45 sec workout, 15 seconds rest - alternate btn cardio (eg burpee/jumping jacks) and body weight/strength workout (push up, mountain climbers, Russian twist eyc)
The other thing is u need to build muscle to increase ur resting metabolism which will halo I use more energy and this loose fats.
U can do oblique crunches or stand w Dumbbells in hand, bend left and right.
Remember to have both cardio days and strength days or both in a day. Strength days - some days do certain parts and other days other parts - and u can always do oblique too.
For muffin top u need to do abs, oblique, back.
I like to follow blogilates or body rock. They have a lot of free videos and material online that u can do at home - especially blogilates - just u and a Mat most of the time
