How are you?

Hay, honestly seven months postpartum is such a weird phase, di ba? I'm feeling a lot better physically than the fourth month, but mentally parang roller coaster pa rin, some days I feel like I got my life back, some days I'm exhausted and emotional. One of my mum friends said the same thing, and we realized it's because hormones are still stabilizing and sleep is still not that great even though baby's sleeping better na. Mas okay na ang body pain and recovery, pero the mental adjustment of balancing everything is what gets me!
