Perineum Massage

How effective is perineum massage. I’m trying for VBAC but dr advice to do a schedule C-section after doing the vaginal exam. Says my pelvic too narrow. Has anyone successfully tried perineum massage?

perineum massage doesn’t help the pelvic expand i’m afraid. it’s the bone structure
