how effective is heguru or schchida? at which age can our child attend?

I know children as young as from infants can go for parent Co programs for Heguru as for Schchida slightly older from 6months old and above.

My frien shared that shichida is good, but it's not cheap. She sees results now, she sends her LO when LO is 1.5yrs old.
