Storage of EBM

How does working mum stored their EBM during working time? Keep EBM in cooler bag with ice pack then put in fridge? Then once reach home, to put in chiller or freezer?

Store expressed milk, with a clear label, in the back of the office fridge or a cooler while you're at work . Bring it home in a cool bag or box with an ice pack. Freshly expressed milk at room temperature is best used within four hours .

Once i reach home, can i still put back to the fridge n keep for the nxt 24hrs usage?
