Napaka-challenging talaga, honestly! I worked until 2 weeks before delivery kasi kailangan namin ng income, tapos bumalik ako after 2 months, at first parang imposible pero nag-adjust kami gradually, started with part-time tasks lang habang nag-aadjust ang baby sa routine. The key for me was having realistic expectations: hindi ako perfect mom and perfect employee sa same day, pero it works somehow, some days the laptop closes at 2pm kasi baby needs me, other days I steal time during naps or gabi, so it's really give-and-take. I won't sugarcoat it: the first 6 months were honestly exhausting, pero after a year it became more manageable kasi predictable na ang pattern ng baby. Depende talaga sa setup mo, if you have flexibility with deadlines and understanding clients or boss, mas doable; kung strict timelines, mas mahirap.
