How to deal to a super hyperactive kid?

I agree, if the kid is not diagnosed with ADHD it is usually a surge of energy. I read about an article that encourages parents to let their child play until they become exhausted because if not it would not be good for the child's health. It's as if you're depriving him of physical development.
