Kailangan kasi mareplenish ang sperm ni hubby. Yung sperm cells naman kasi pwede yan magstay sa babae kahit hanggang 5 days pagkadeposit. Ito ay kung may plan kayo na makabuo talaga. Pero kung wala namang pressure go lang ng go.

It may decrease the quality of sperm from what I know. As per advise, better daw po kung hindi every day, and yung sperm naman po stays for up to 5 days.

advice po sakin ng dr. ko every other day mas maganda magcontact kapag ovulation week and magtake ka na ng folic acid.
