Spitting out milk
Hii mummies, im currently mix feeding my newborn after feeding she will spit out abit of milk. Just wanted to see if this is normal? 😣
It is common for babies to spit up or regurgitate a small amount of milk after feeding. This is typically normal and nothing to worry about. It could be due to the baby swallowing air while feeding or having a sensitive stomach. To help reduce spitting up, try burping your baby more frequently during feeding, keeping your baby in an upright position after feeding, and ensuring a proper latch during breastfeeding or bottle feeding. If the spitting up is excessive, accompanied by other symptoms like fussiness or weight loss, or if you have concerns, it's best to consult with your pediatrician for personalized advice. If you are concerned about your baby's spit-up, you can consider using a bib to catch any excess milk and make clean-up easier. You may also want to consider having a burp cloth handy to help clean up any messes. Remember, every baby is different, so what works for one may not work for another. Trust your instincts as a parent and reach out to your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your baby's spitting up. Hope this information helps! https://invl.io/cll6she

Yes it’s normal. My newborn will spit out a bit of milk even after burping him.
