Kerap rasa berdebar

Sayang, rasa berdebar dan kencing kerap dalam first trimester memang common sebab hormones berubah drastis, tapi kalau dah a week berdebar terus macam tu, better check dengan doctor eh, bukan nak takutkan, but they boleh check blood pressure and thyroid just to be safe, especially since kau first time pregnant jadi good to rule things out.
