Wah sis, at 37 weeks dengan perut mengeras berulang-ulang macam tu dan sakit belakang pingang, you really need to call your midwife or go to the hospital sekarang juga okay, jangan tunggu, better safe than sorry! These could be real contractions or it could be Braxton Hicks, tapi doctors je yang boleh check properly dengan scan dan monitor your baby. A few of my mum friends dalam situation sama diorang kena pergi check dan alhamdulillah semua okay, tapi kena confirm with medical team first! Go now sayang, don't worry about false alarm, that's exactly what they're there for. Congrats on the safe delivery, by the way!
