Aww sayang, I totally get the stress, a few of us went through similar delays while breastfeeding and it's nerve-wracking lah, especially when you're already exhausted from night feeds. Hormones boleh jadi gila-gila when you're fully breastfeeding, so delays do happen even without pregnancy, tapi sebab UPT -ve and you're very regular, good idea lah test again in another 2-3 days or go see your gynae just to confirm and ease your mind. And ya lor, about the contraception, you definitely deserve to have that conversation with your suami because this is YOUR body and YOUR recovery, maybe frame it as "I need to space out pregnancies to be healthier for the kids kita" instead of just "I don't want another baby" lagi, sometimes they listen better that way
