Hi guys, I have High cholesterol now during BF 7.2 mmol/L, is it over ad?

Aiyoh, 7.2 is a bit high lah, but definitely check with your doctor to see if it needs treatment or if it's just a postpartum thing, a few of us had cholesterol spike after delivery and it came down on its own after a few months. Your doc will advise whether you need to watch your diet or if medication is safe while breastfeeding, since some aren't suitable during BF. In the meantime, try to eat more whole grains and reduce the fried stuff if you can, but really best to get proper guidance from your doctor on this one.
