hi mommies, ilang buwan po bago kayo niresetahan ng ob nyo ng mga gamot na IRON, VITAMIN D and CALCIUM? I'm currently in my 15 weeks of pregnancy pero folic pa lang po iniinom ko.

Start ng 2nd trimester ko. 14 weeks yon Hemarate FA (Folic acid, Iron or ferrous sulfate para sa dugo at Vitamin B complex), at Caltrate plus (Calcium, Vitamin D at Minerals) yan tinetake ko until now. Mag 7months na ko next week 27 weeks (3rd trimester) kaya papaupdate ko din yung itetake kong vitamins 😊
