Hence, would like to know whether there is: @ any available fridge that I can use to chill my expressed breastmilk? @ any proper nursing room for AST participants? Thanks!

Hi mommy, sorry that I do not have answer whether there's a fridge at AST, hope there will be others who can help you. Buy I do have a suggestion, you can consider a portable fridge. It is a portable fridge which can keep contents cool for up to 12 hours. It is light weight and waterproof. Not too sure if they have proper nursing facilities but you can try asking the administration if there are any empty rooms that you can use. As for fridges, they have staff pantries and I reckon if you ask for assistance, they will be able to accede to your request. My friends use a fridge to go cooler bag that can keep milk chilled for 12 hours whenever they have to go on courses or are not based in the office. Yes, there is. In the AST office. I was there once for a course and a staff guided me there. So you'll need to get someone there to guide you inside to the pantry area.

Yes there is a nursing room in the office. Pic attached. Just ask one of the staff to direct you there. Or the course facilitator shoud be able to help also
