Here we go again..our yaya thinks about leaving. Hirap talaga kumuha ng yaya kasi di mo alam kung kelan alis. Thinking of quitting work. How do you manage to keep your yaya?

Aside from paying competitively, we do our best to make sure that her workload never gets too much (like if we're out late the night before, we tell her to get baby later the next day), that she communicates problems with us, we give very good working conditions, and genuinely care for their families.
