Any probiotics to recommend?

Honestly if just for general gut health I’d say try G-NiiB first, very popular here and specially made for Asian gut so more suitable for us. Can get on Lazada. If budget is a concern Blackmores also not bad, can just grab from Guardian or Watsons. The key is just take it consistently lah, every day on empty stomach then only u see results 😊
