Ate, please go to your doctor or nearest hospital right now, spotting in the third trimester needs checking, hindi dapat antayan pa. I know it's scary, lalo na second baby, but spotting can mean different things and your OB needs to see you today to check baby and make sure everything's okay. A few of my mum friends had similar moments at that stage and iba-iba ang reasons, some were nothing serious, pero kailangan talaga ng doctor to confirm. Don't wait or overthink, okay? Go na ngayon.
