Nipple Cleaning
Help po. Nilinis ko kasi ang nipples ko wt napansin kong oarang dry sya. Wala pamg 1 minute po. Okay lang ba yun? Bawal daw kasi laruin or imassage ang breasts and nipples while pregnant. Currently at 26. Thanks po
Hey mama, don't worry, cleaning your nipples is totally fine and actually good practice, especially ngayon na pregnant ka pa lang so you're getting ready for breastfeeding! The dryness is super common kasi the skin doon is delicate talaga, at mabilis mag-dry out lalo na pag frequently cleaned. What a few of my mum friends did is after cleaning, they'd apply Mama's Choice Nipple Cream, it's pregnancy-safe and breastfeeding-safe, at sobrang effective talaga for dryness and preparing the nipples for feeding. Just keep your nipple care gentle and don't obsess over cleaning too much, once a day during shower lang is enough na. You're doing great preparing ahead, mama!
