am I pregnant?

Help. My last menstruation period was April 13. I have 28 cycle. Now I'm 5 days delayed. Am I pregnant? My breast is very sore and Im having headache sometimes. Could it be possible also to see linea nigra already?

Ako kasi sis, inintay ko muna matapos yung month na delay ako then saka ako nag-pt just to make sure po. Intay ka muna po sis.
