Wala naman bawal na bawal when it comes to food, unless yung mga allergic mo na foods. Ang advice lang is dapat in moderation lang lahat. Meron features ang app kung saan makikita kung anong food ang safe and yung may precautions. And best to find nalang online consultations kung hindi makalabas going sa healthcenter or hospital.
