I spammed chicken breast, Milo, 10 eggs daily (8 without yolks) for breakfast & lunch. Dinner wise I just ate whatever I felt like having that day. I will also drink 0% bubble teas, maybe 2-3 times per week. My gynae told me to spam all the high calories food and have as much bubble teas as I want but I’m afraid of the cholesterol and sugar 🤣 Not a lot of weight gain but baby managed to go from 2.2 to 2.8kg in 2 weeks. (Week 36-38) But I think it’s just my baby not able to gain much cause I put on 17KG omg @.@

Totally….. 3rd day the sight of eggs omg and to make it worse, I only hard boil it.. But since it helps baby to grow, no choice 🙃

try eating some durian or even avocado ?
