Hello Mommies! can you give me some tips on what brand of facial wash and creams to use during pregnancy? I usually use regular body soap on my face but I feel dry. Appreciate your inputs. Thank you :)

My friends try to use organic, natural products as much as they can when they are pregnant. A lot of them use BodyShop products as these are known to be milder and made from natural products. One of them had particularly bad acne during pregnancy and she used Cetaphil products, which worked great as well.
