Kami po 6weeks after manganak, cs po ako. Yun din advise ng OB ko tapos na din ako reglahin nun. Wala po kami gamit na contraceptives. Withdrawal po kame, natural lang walang halong chemical ☺️😂
Basta okay na at magaling na yung tahi mo, pwede na yun sis. Gamit ko is IUD sis. Medyo natatakot ako sa natural way na withdrawal. :D

Are you referring after manganak? According to OB, pwede na after 2months or as long as fully healed na yung stitch (episiotomy).
