Anybody tried taking Eno fruit salt during pregnancy?

take with caution. recently took eno salts since I had indigestion and bloating. it worked for me pre-pregnancy but this time it made the bloating worse. kept me up all night and I've nvr felt this uncomfortable before. drinking lotsa water actually helped to reduce the bloating pretty well.

Best is to seek your gynae's advice and let them provide you with the meds from their pharmacy as it will be pregnancy-safe to consume. Else can get it outside if you know the brand that they prescribed. Gaviscon was also recommended by my gynae

You can try sparkling water or gaviscon to reduce heartburn bloating which some mummie taken but in small quantity or as prescribe.
