Hay, ganito talaga kapag pregnant, ang migraines ko naging mas madalas, honestly! A few of us tried simple things like drinking lots of water kasi sometimes dehydration lang talaga, plus getting enough rest when we can (haha, easier said than done, right?). One of my mum friends swears by cold compress on the forehead or a quiet, dark room for even 15 minutes, at nag-help talaga sa kanya, pero best to check with your OB kung paano siya gagawin at kung safe ang pain reliever na gusto mong take, basta wag mag-self-medicate during pregnancy, mama!
