1st pregancy

my obgyn directed me to a dietician. he recommended minimum 10 minutes of work after each meal. and we worked out a diet plan according to my dietary restriction and what I usually eat and even my midnight hunger. we are monitoring every 2days . so far it is under control. exercise is the key. the portion of food and the GI index of the food you are eating matters

walk 10min after each meal. the more the better. not fast just at a convenient pace.
